     Xiang-Yu Hua received his B.S. degree in mathematics and applied mathematics in College of Mathematics and Computer Science from Yunnan University of Nationalities, M.S. degree in applied mathematics in College of Science, and Ph.D. degree in business administration in College of Economics and Management from Zhejiang University of Technology, China, in 2011, 2013 and 2016, respectively. Currently, he is an Assistant Researcher at Economic Monitoring and Forecasting Office, Zhejiang Economic Information Center. His research interests include machine learning, data mining, regional economics and spatial economics.
